Oh yes, I should probably explain. I based the ranking system on that of a pirate crew on a ship.

They are as follows:
Greenie - 0 Posts
Gunner - 50 Posts
Quartermaster - 100 Posts
Cartographer - 250 Posts
Navigator - 500 Posts
Lieutenant - 750 Posts

Did anyone want to make adjustments?
